UP Outdoors (“UP Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website upoutdoors.org (the “Site”), selling lightweight camping, hiking, and biking gear, including bundled Gear Packages. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case any payment already collected will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. UP Outdoors does not store your full payment card details on our own servers — see our Privacy Policy for details on what information we do collect.

Orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier and typically ship within 10–20 business days from the supplier’s warehouse to your delivery address. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, and high order volume can extend them. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We aim for accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, but we don’t warrant that all content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly from photos depending on your display.

The UP Outdoors name, logo, and Site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UP Outdoors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
